Terms & Conditions

Equipment

All equipment remains the sole and exclusive property of PixelPerfectRentals at all times. The borrower has no rights or claims to the rented equipment. PixelPerfectRentals does not claim ownership of any images or videos captured using the rented gear.

Every piece of equipment is thoroughly tested before dispatch. Upon receiving the equipment, the borrower is responsible for checking its condition. PixelPerfectRentals will not be liable for defects or issues unless reported immediately. The delivery personnel will wait for 10 minutes to allow for inspection.

  • Minor issues (e.g., scratches on the lens body, a missing lens cap)
  • Major issues (e.g., Image Stabilization (IS) not working, Auto-Focus (AF) issues, lens failing to capture images)

 

In the case of major issues, the borrower must return the equipment immediately to the delivery personnel. If another person receives the equipment on behalf of the borrower, they are considered authorized to perform these checks.

The borrower must ensure that the rented equipment is suitable for their intended use. Rehiring or subleasing the equipment to third parties is strictly prohibited.

Loss or Damage to Equipment (Lost/Stolen/Damaged)

The borrower is fully responsible for the safekeeping of the equipment, including all lenses and accessories, during the rental period. Any loss, damage, or theft will be the borrower’s responsibility. The borrower must not modify or alter the equipment. If unauthorized modifications are made, the borrower will bear the cost of restoring the equipment to its original condition.

Before returning the equipment, the borrower must repackage it properly as it was received. A checklist should be followed to ensure all items (lenses, accessories, etc.) are accounted for. Any loss or damage must be reported immediately.

If repairs are needed, the borrower must cover the repair costs plus the daily rental fee until the equipment is repaired or replaced. Failure to return the equipment on time, combined with unresponsiveness via phone or email, may result in legal action and recovery through appropriate security agencies.

Cancellation Policy

If an order is canceled within 4 working days before the rental start date, the borrower will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the rental amount.

Return & Collection

The borrower must return the equipment in person to the PixelPerfectRentals office. The borrower is responsible for the equipment’s safety until it has been returned and verified by the team.

Payment Terms

Full payment for the rental period must be made before dispatch or pickup. No equipment will be released without 100% payment upfront.
